Your Rights
As UK consumers you are covered by The consumer rights act 2015 (Trade customers excluded) which gives you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may have already been dispatched within 7 days of receipt of goods. In order to qualify for refund of postage. Please read Returns Policy section for full details.
Product Descriptions and Details
We endeavor to provide accurate photos and descriptions of products on our website at all times, these are generally provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier. Individual products or product lines maybe subject to a minor change in specification or colour, this should not however, affect the overall performance you would expect from an item. You may find instances where an image is marked "illustration only", this generally means that the exact product image isn't available, ie. the the picture may show a stainless steel oven although the description clearly states that it's white. Pricing and availability (Online Purchases)
We strive to bring you quality products, quality service and affordable prices, we guarantee to Honor the prices shown on this site* and also endeavor to match any competitors web price for the same item. Prices shown on the website do not necessary reflect the prices advertised in store. Ashbee And Wood reserve the right to amend or withdraw any offer due to availability which may fluctuate with demand. If there is a problem with your purchase you will normally be notified within 24/48 hours of placing your order (timescale refers to working days/hours). Communication is one of the most important parts of our company, if you have any concerns then please contact the Ashbee and Wood Sales Team *excludes clear price discrepancies due to system/data input errors.

Our guarantees should enhance the Statutory Rights that you have under UK Law.
All items we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Please note that warranties are not transferable to subsequent owners and proof of purchase will be required to validate any claim.

Cancellation & Refunds (Standard Stock Items)
If you're not happy with your online purchase product or simply change your mind you must provide us with notice of cancellation within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund. We’re happy for you to unpack your item and inspect it as you would had you bought the item from a shop. Note, if you have used the item, this may have a detrimental effect on our ability to sell it to someone else. So where the value of the product is reduced by your usage we may only make a partial refund (that equals the reduced value) or subsequently charge you for the reduction in value. Where you have not used the product and it is returned in the original complete packaging you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of collection of the appliance.

Cancellations & Refunds (Kitchens and Special Orders)
Special order kitchens and special order Zip Hot Taps, once ordered cannot be returned or refunded. If you purchase one of these items online we will contact you to inform that the item ordered is a special order. If you have only paid a deposit for special items you will still be liable for the full payment.

Postage & Delivery (Online)
We use a variety of parcel services and couriers to ensure speedy dispatch of goods. Orders received before 2.00 p.m. are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2.00 p.m. will be dispatched the next working day. Dispatches are made Monday to Friday and are normally delivered within 24/48 hours. Delivery timescale is predicted by stock availability which overrides any promotion or delivery promise made by Ashbee And Wood, please check individual product description for specific item availability and delivery timescale. After a failed delivery attempt you will receive a card through your door, this will show the courier details and explain how to contact the depot to arrange collection/re-delivery. Please pay particular attention to the references made regarding how long a delivery will be held at the courier depot. If you do not contact the courier within their listed timescale your goods will be returned to Ashbee And wood and a charge will be made to re-send the goods. If you subsequently cancel the order then only the cost of the goods will be refunded. Delivery timescale is predicted by stock availability, please check individual product description for specific item availability and delivery timescale.
Delivery of Kitchens
Standard kitchens will be delivered within 2-3 days of order. Special order kitchens will be delivered between 4-6 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
We will inform you at the time of order.

Postage Promise
Whilst we take every reasonable step to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances that are beyond our normal control due to parameters not set by Ashbee And wood.
Payment Methods & Security
We accept all major credit and debit Cards including Visa and Master Card. We are as concerned about security as you are and all payments go through a major secure server which has been approved for use by the High Street Banks, you can order with confidence and rest assured that we are committed to online fraud prevention. Payments via other debit cards such as Solo and Visa Electron are also possible, please be aware that some banks and card issuers may refuse this payment type from your account, if this is the case you will be notified within 24 hours of your order and given the opportunity to pay via another method.

Payments terms for kitchens (Showroom Sales)
kitchens ordered as a supply only will be subject to a 25% deposit on order, followed by a 75% payment on delivery of the goods
kitchens ordered on a supply and installation will be subject to a 25% deposit on order a 65% payment on delivery of the goods and a 10% payment on practical completion by our installation teams.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties
You are protected under UK Law by the Data Protection Act. We do not seek to limit or restrict this Protection in any way, your details are important to us and as such, we guarantee NOT to pass or sell information to any outside company. We ask you for your e-mail details so that we may initially contact you about your order, if however, you do not wish to be made aware of any future offers and promotions, please contact us and we will remove your details.
Cookies
Cookies are tiny files which are stored on your computer, they simply record information such as items in your basket or items you have previously viewed. These cookies are shared with this site in order to make online shopping with us possible.
